Our quality management
The quality of our products is very important to us. To ensure this, a process-integrated quality check is necessary. Therefore, we provide a wide variety of processes. These include:
- Chemical analysis
- Hardness measurement
- Micro-structure determination
- Crack detection
- Dye penetrant testing (PT)
- Ultrasonic testing (UT)
In any special tests required, we cooperate with certified test laboratories (“Zentrallabor Leipzig” for mechanical tests and NDT – DS testing with “TÜV Nord” in Zwenkau). In all production processes, the quality of our work has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
